In honor of Thanksgiving and all that it entails, our November book club theme is family. And what better way to celebrate family stories than an immersive multi-generational drama that spans the globe and centers around a traditional Caribbean black cake? Join us as we read "Black Cake" by Charmaine Wilkerson for the month of November.
The official Fiction Beer CO book club meets monthly--usually on the third Monday of each month. We meet at 7:00 pm in the Denver taproom. What we do: drink beers and talk about the book. Discussion questions help guide and focus the discussion; however, going off topic is encouraged.
We have a great mix of gregarious bookish folks mixed with introverted bookish folks and we happily welcome new people into the fold.
